I'm Kristen and I founded Renewed Foundations Counseling Services in 2022. With 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring extensive knowledge, compassion, and understanding to every session, creating a warm and supportive space where my clients feel truly heard and valued.

I specialize in supporting individuals as they navigate and heal from past traumas and life transitions, helping them rebuild and strengthen the foundations that may have been impacted along the way. Together, we identify meaningful goals, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate a strong therapeutic relationship designed to empower clients to apply the insights and skills gained in sessions to their everyday lives.
