She specializes in helping individuals overcome and cope with past traumas and life transitions, helping to reforge and renew foundations that may have been compromised along the way. She partners with her clients to identify shared goals, develop coping skills and strategies, and build a strong therapeutic relationship with the intent of applying the work done in sessions to their daily lives.

Kristen works with individuals and couples between the ages of 13-adulthood. She creates a warm and accepting environment that is free from criticism and judgement.

Additionally, Kristen is offering professional supervision for associate level counselors who are working towards obtaining full licensure as well as two counselor internship positions per semester for masters level graduate students.
